Gazali Recruiting was born from a simple belief: hiring should feel intentional, not transactional. After years of recruiting top technical talent for high-growth companies in the U.S., our co-founders — Habon Ahmed and Handt Ahmed saw a clear opportunity in the SF Bay Area and Middle East.
FinTech and digital financial services companies are scaling fast, but struggling to hire the right people efficiently. Together, we launched Gazali Recruiting in 2025 with a clear mission: To help FinTech companies build world-class teams by connecting them with top-tier product, engineering, data, and compliance talent.
